Nice lie in this morning so started the day with a nice portion of Overnight Oats, banana and black Americano coffee.
Lunchtime came very soon so had a 50/50 thin with some ham, watercress and sliced tomato along with a nice mug of tea.
When I went to pick Zac up I arrived 45 minutes early to put a pair of cross trail/road shoes and do a mixed terrain walk. Most of it was road with just over ½ mile across a field and around the recreation ground. Even tried 4 x 30 second gentle jogs as well, just to test the knee, and feel very confident for a return to running in 4 weeks as planned as there was no problems at all.
Evening meal was a steamed chicken breast with some pre boiled new potatoes cooked in the oven, plus some baked beans. A Muller Light yoghurt was the dessert.
